SUGGESTED USE  Take 1–2 droppers (30–60 drops), 1–2 times daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.   For more effective bioavailability, consume on an empty stomach, 30-60  minutes before a meal. Can be added to an ounce of juice or water. Hold in the mouth and swirl under the tongue for at least 15 seconds.  Shake a few times before use.
