Shipping & Delivery

All orders have a processing time of 3-7 business days before they're shipped. This is to ensure quality, as ELEVN BOTANICALS tinctures are made to order and produced in small batches. 

Reminder; We ship 7 days per week, 9am-5pm, however statutory holidays will delay orders.

You will receive an email with the tracking information within an hour of shipment. Please always check you rubbish folder if the email doesn't pop up.

Delivery
We ship worldwide;

Deliery times are estimates. Understand that when shipping internationally, your item must pass customs before it's delivered locally. Items can be sent via regular mail, UPS, DHL, FED/EX or local courier. 

For any delivery-related delays, please note that we always resolve such issues, but we must initially investigate package whereabouts. We will follow up in a timely manner and we ask that you do your own due diligence in the event a package goes missing.

IMPORTANT: If an item gets lost or damaged during delivery, we do not immediately replace said item(s). We investigate first, then resend if necessary or when the investigation by the shipping service has been completed to our satisfaction. 

ALSO NOTE: Replacement tinctures are sent at our discretion. We are not liable for any issues that occur after your order has been successfully delivered. In such instances, kindly contact the shipping provider before asking for a refund.

Customs Fees;
Customs agents thoroughly check all inbound international packages and mail, no matter the country of origin, reviewing the contents to ensure they meet all laws. They will also determine what taxes and applicable duties that may be due (we are not responsible for any tariffs or customs fees your country may charge).  Customs policies vary greatly from one district to another, and largely depend on the content of the shipment. Shipments may be stamped for approval immediately, all depending upon tax codes. But delays may occur if duties remain pending, thus it is quite common for items to be on hold in customs if the package contains restricted or questionabl items. If you are experiencing difficulty with customs, please do not hesitate to contact us.
