Refund policy
Due to the unique nature of our products and tinctures, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. We provide detailed product information on each product listing to ensure that you make informed purchase decisions. If you are unsure about an ingredient or item, we offer professional guidance, which is also available on the product listing. We provide a comprehensive list of herbs as well as the maceration process using 50% sugar cane alcohol. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept our return and refund policy.
Refunds
There are no refunds on our products. This policy is in place due to the fact that our tinctures are made-to-order in small batch quantities, which ensuree the highest purity and product integrity.

You reserve the right to refuse a product upon delivery, however it must remain intact, unsealed and ready to re-ship at your own expense.
Damaged or Defective Goods
We check each item prior to shipping to ensure the seal is not broken.
For defective, unsealed or damaged products received, please contact us within ten (10) days of delivery and we will only review cases wherein there ar photos attached to the refund request. The reason being, we require proof and we must submit them to the delivery service for insurance claims. Refunds are always processed to the original method of payment.
Delivery and Shipping
You must retain proof of damage if you are returning any items, ensuring they are safely wrapped, preventing any damage whatsoever during return transit. Elevn Botanicals is not responsible for lost returns. All items are considered the responsibility of the customer until they reach our facilities.
Please note Elevn Botanicals is not responsible for shipping fees, boxing, wrapping or any or any additional postal, taxes or customs fees for returned items.
